On October 15, we held a Steam Basics class at our state-of-the-art training center in Lenexa, with attendees from Mercy Hospital – Springfield, Stanger Industries, and Harsco Industrial.

The Steam Basics class covers a wide variety of topics, including:

• The uses and benefits of Steam as an energy source
• Steam tables
• Types of traps with demonstrations
• Hands-on sizing and system layout education
• Testing and auditing steam systems

We hold the Steam Basics class throughout the year and our next offering is coming up on November 19. To register, simply click the registration form button to the right. If you’re already a seasoned Steam professional, we also have an Advance Steam class coming upon November 12. Feel free to email or call Hughes to find out more about these classes.
